FORT WHYTE ALIVE – BUFFALO CROSSING
Unveiled in 2025, Buffalo Crossing is the first commercial building in the province to receive Passive House certification. The building is located at the southeast corner of FortWhyte Alive, a wildlife preserve and environmental education centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Educational signage, including custom illustrations were required to inform visitors about the building’s technical features and how they align with the center’s mission to promote sustainable living. Sign design services included assistance with content organization, editing, sign structure design, graphic design, production oversight, and project management. 2025 [This project was produced in partnership with HTFC Planning and Design.]
