Legacy: An Exhibition by Anita Kroeger
Exhibit design and graphic coordination for artist Anita Kroeger’s exhibition at the Mennonite Heritage Centre Gallery, located at Canadian Mennonite University. ‘Legacy’ brings together Kroeger’s collages and acrylic paintings with historical artifacts from her family’s past. Creative direction and design development included spatial planning, graphic design of wall text panels and labels to enhance the emotional narrative of Anita Kroeger’s work. Print and digital collateral including invitations, posters, and promotional materials consistent with the exhibition’s visual identity. 2019
The artwork explores themes of oppression, exile, and memory, inviting viewers to reflect on how personal and collective histories continue to shape the present.
