“When I first undertook to write “Heart of Gold: A History of Winnipeg Music” I envisioned the book to be elaborately designed using hundreds of photos to convey several eras of music. Having worked with her in the past on the Manitoba Museum’s “Shakin’ All Over: The Manitoba Music Experience” exhibit, I came to know that she is the finest art director and designer in Winnipeg (and anywhere for that matter).
